Fearless like the Holy
Hello!
My username is Agathon Tohen.
After a five month hiatus of reflection on my life, I have returned. I apologize to my readers for what my absence may have caused you. In this reflection, I have revised and expanded the concept of Fearless like the Holy. I hope it meets with your approval.
Fearless like the Holy was inspired by Blessed Carlo Acutis and is intended to inspire and encourage my fellow Catholics in these dark times of living in an increasingly secularized and post Christian world that’s hostile to the Catholic Faith.
In this world, the Church suffers internal problems and attacks from without. We must remember that Jesus told us that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church.
Knowing this certain truth: We can take heart, rally to the Church and take this wonderful opportunity to re evangelize our world much as like the Church evangelized the West after the collapse of the Western Roman Empire.
This site has a fourfold concept:
• A collection of stories of heroic Catholics, here in earth and in heaven; to inspire and encourage my fellow Catholics.
• Offering my views on diverse topics as a help.
• Sharing stories from my life.
• Offering my reflections on events in the world.
Basically, this website is my corner of cyberspace from which I can share, inspire, encourage and edify.
I’m a faithful son of the Church who submits and adheres to all that the Magisterium teaches. Anything I write here will be fully in line with Church teaching.
